Part of my responsibilities under the Data Management Organization of GuideWell was to create a distinct offshoot of the GuideWell brand in order for the DMO to stand out as we market our mission. The sub-brand introduces new colors that play well with the Enterprise brand, and emulates its clean, minimal, and sophisticated aesthetic.*
The materials I've developed includes unified team logos, PowerPoint templates, Outlook email templates, brand guidelines, best practice guidelines, and redesigning and developing the SharePoint site to include clean, sophisticated landing pages that depict promotional and educational content.
ONE TEAM. ONE MISSION. ONE IDENTITY.
Upholding the Enterprise brand image in our work helps our external relationships feel confident that the company’s individual departments are consistent, well organized, and unified. This perception fosters trust within our members and customers.
The same philosophy applies to the individual teams that make up a department. Embracing standardization creates fundamental perceptions in two key areas of internal business relationships:
A unified Data Management Organization comprised of standardized processes and materials establishes an air of professionalism and esteem with our data consumers and partners. We present ourselves as one team, one mission, polished and put together, and working in harmony. This in turn creates a solidarity mindset within ourselves, bringing us closer together as a well oiled machine while we move on from the disparate conditions of our past.
HIGH LEVEL PRESENTATIONS
I developed presentations, guides, and reports as a more audience-friendly experience, including translating technical content for average audiences, the CEO, and Board of Directors to understand the benefits of a data-driven Enterprise fueled by quality data.
My designs and messaging to sell the essential value of DaaS, data quality and governance, certified data products, and data democratization has captured the attention and respect of GuideWell’s CEO.

AUDIENCE EXPERIENCE BEST PRACTICE GUIDE
I created a best practice guide for effective messaging so that our team could reference how to better present their highly technical content to those who are less technical. It includes things like how to target your audience, accessibility practices, and design element use cases.
*Please note, I am an in-house designer working with the pre-established brands of EverBank, TIAA, GuideWell, The Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Title IX Campaign.
